MY APPROACH

Your highly effective, research-backed anxiety treatment in San Diego

To help you treat your anxiety, I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) to help you break free from cycles of fear, avoidance, worry and overwhelm. Using CBT strategies helps us to identify the beliefs and thoughts that are feeding your anxiety, while ERP allows us to expose you to those fears in a safe and comfortable setting so that you can learn how to stop them from controlling your life.

With time, this combination can create real and lasting change, reduce anxious symptoms and give you back a sense of control over your mind and life. Throughout this process, my top priority is always to check in with you so that we can move at a pace that respects your comfort while still pushing you to grow.
